Administration
Global admins are Entrosity staff: the platform admins of Entrosity Hub. They are not attached to any tenant: they manage the global library and the agent releases, and can open any tenant with the tenant switcher (with the rights of a tenant admin there). Users, tenants (the Hub's organizations) and roles are managed on the Hub (Platform administration); Axis has no pages for them.

The first global admin
A new installation has no users. Create the first platform admin of the
Hub on the server with platform-server bootstrap-admin
(Installation);
it is Axis's first global admin. It only works while no platform admin
exists; everyone else is invited on the Hub.
