Overview

Overview is the first page of a tenant: the state of its video recorders at a glance. Everyone with a role in the tenant sees it; the parts that need a permission are left out for those without it. The counters refresh every minute; the latest alarms arrive live.

Open the live view at the top goes to Live view.

Counters​

NVRs onlineNVRs whose status is online, of all the tenant's NVRs.
NVRs failingNVRs wanted connected but offline or refused: connected in Sphere, but reported offline, auth_failed or unsupported.
CamerasAll cameras, and how many are enabled.
Active streamsStreams being relayed now: live streams and playbacks the connectors are publishing.
Connectors onlineConnectors online, of all the tenant's connectors.
Alarms in 24 hoursAlarms of the last 24 hours, and how many are not acknowledged.

Banners​

  • When connectors are offline: N of M connectors are offline: their NVRs cannot be reached until they reconnect, with View connectors.
  • When NVRs are failing: N NVRs should be connected but are not, with View NVRs. What to do for each status: NVRs → Statuses.
  • A tenant without NVRs shows Getting started to tenant admins: install a connector, add the NVRs it reaches (or a simulated one), watch the cameras. Install a connector starts the first step (Getting started).

NVRs and latest alarms​

  • NVRs lists every NVR with its number of cameras and its status (hover the status for the last error). All NVRs opens NVRs.
  • Latest alarms shows the eight newest alarms; new ones appear at the top as they arrive. Open the alarm log opens Alarms. It is shown to roles that may read alarms.
