Tenant settings, sites and audit log

Tenant settings

Tenant settings has the tenant's Profile. Everyone can read it; changing it needs the Tenant admin role.

SettingMeaning
Organization nameThe organization's name, Renamed on Entrosity Hub. It cannot be changed here.
Default time zoneThe time zone for NVRs that have no site and no time zone of their own. Recording times are converted with each NVR's own Time zone (or the one the NVR reports): if recordings appear shifted, set it on the NVR (NVRs).
Keep connector job history (days)Finished connector jobs older than this are deleted: 7–730 days, or empty for the server's default (90 days).
Keep audit log (days)Audit entries older than this are deleted: 30–3650 days, or empty for the server's default (365 days).

Choose Save. The clean-up runs daily. The alarm log is not set here: it is kept for the server's alarm retention, 365 days by default (Alarms).

Sites

Sites lists the physical locations of this organization: group NVRs and connectors by site. The camera list of Live view is grouped by site, and NVRs, connectors and enrollment tokens can each belong to one. The table shows each site's Name, Description, Time zone and when it was Created.

Tenant admins manage them:

  • New site: a Name (unique in the tenant), a Description (Address, building…) and a Time zone; Create site.
  • Edit changes them; Save.
  • Delete removes the site. NVRs and connectors on it stay, without a site.

Audit log

Audit log (tenant admins) lists every change in this organization, newest first: When, Actor, Action and Resource; Details shows the IP address, the Request ID, and the state before and after the change. Filter by the Action (e.g. nvr.update), the Resource type (e.g. nvr), From and To, then choose Filter.

Among the actions Sphere records:
