Tenant settings, sites and audit log

Everyone can read these pages. Changing settings and sites, and reading the audit log, needs the Tenant admin role.

Tenant settings

Tenant settings has:

FieldMeaning
Organization nameRead-only: Renamed on Entrosity Hub.
Default time zoneSchedules follow the time zone of each controller's site; controllers without a site use this one. Empty means UTC. Changing it sends a new configuration to every controller.
Keep connector job history (days)Finished connector jobs older than this are deleted nightly: 7–730, empty for the server default (90).
Keep audit log (days)Audit entries older than this are deleted nightly: 30–3650, empty for the server default (365).

Choose Save. The access log is kept for the server's event retention, the same for every tenant (Running Entrosity Edge).

Sites

Sites lists the tenant's locations with their Name, Description, Time zone and when they were Created. New site creates one: a Name unique in the tenant (site_name_taken), an optional description, and the Time zone.

A site's time zone is the time zone of the schedules of the controllers on that site. Changing it sends a new configuration to those controllers. Deleting a site keeps its controllers and connectors; they no longer have a site and use the tenant's default time zone.

Audit log

Audit log records every change in the organization, newest first: When, Actor, Action and Resource, with Details (IP address, request ID, and the state before and after). Filter by Action (e.g. cardholder.update), Resource type, From and To, then choose Filter.
