Dashboard
Dashboard is the first page of a tenant: Doors, controllers and access in your organization.
Tiles
| Tile | Shows |
|---|---|
| Controllers online | Controllers online of the total; disabled controllers are not counted. |
| Doors | Doors of the tenant. |
| Active cardholders | Active cardholders, and the number of active cards. |
| Access in 24 hours | Access decisions in the last 24 hours: granted · denied. |
Access decisions, last 24 hours charts Granted and Denied per hour. Recent events lists the latest events; Open the live monitor goes to the live monitor.
Warnings
Above the tiles, the dashboard warns about what needs attention:
| Warning | Meaning | Action |
|---|---|---|
| N of M connectors are offline | Their controllers keep working on their last configuration, and events arrive when they reconnect. | View connectors; see A connector is offline. |
| N controllers could not apply their configuration | Their sync Failed. | View controllers; see Configuration sync. |
| N controllers are receiving a new configuration | Their sync is Pending or Syncing. | Usually nothing: it clears within seconds while the connector is online. |
