Entrosity Hub
Entrosity Hub is the sign-in portal for all Entrosity products. It runs at
https://hub.entrosity.com. The first product is Entrosity Axis, at
https://hub.entrosity.com/axis on the same host; Entrosity Edge
(physical access control, Entrosity Edge) runs at
https://hub.entrosity.com/edge, Entrosity Sphere (video management
for NVRs, Entrosity Sphere) at
https://hub.entrosity.com/sphere, and Entrosity Matrix (computer-room
internet control on FortiGate firewalls, Entrosity Matrix)
at https://hub.entrosity.com/matrix.
On Entrosity Hub you:
- sign in once for every product;
- open a product for one of your organizations;
- manage your account: name, password, two-factor authentication and sessions;
- as an organization admin, invite members and give them roles;
- as a platform admin, manage organizations, users and product access.
One account for every product
Each person has one Entrosity account, identified by their e-mail address. The same account, password and authenticator app work in every product. Invitations, password resets, two-factor authentication and sessions are all handled on Entrosity Hub, not in the products.
Organizations and products
An organization is a customer. A platform admin creates it and chooses which products it has. People become members of an organization by invitation. One account can be a member of several organizations.
A member uses a product for an organization only if the organization has the product and the member has a role in it.
Roles

The organization role and the product roles are separate. An organization admin with no Axis role manages members but cannot open Axis for that organization. A member can have No access to a product.
How Axis follows the Hub
- Axis's tenants are the Hub's organizations that have Entrosity Axis enabled. They have the same IDs.
- Axis's users are Hub accounts. Platform admins are Axis's global admins.
- Axis keeps a copy of users, organizations and roles. Each Axis server pulls it from the Hub about every 30 seconds. A change on the Hub (a new member, a changed role, a disabled user, a suspended organization) reaches Axis within about a minute.
- Tenant settings such as time zone and retention stay in Axis (Tenant settings).

Language
Entrosity Hub and Axis are available in English (the default) and Bulgarian. The language button in the header, and on the sign-in pages, switches between English and Български; the choice is kept in this browser for the Hub and Axis alike (Your account).
