Your account

Signing in on Entrosity Hub​

You sign in to Axis with your Entrosity account on Entrosity Hub, the sign-in portal of every Entrosity product (for example https://hub.entrosity.com). Axis has no passwords of its own.

  • Opening Axis (https://hub.entrosity.com/axis) without a session takes you to the Hub's sign-in page and back to the page you asked for afterwards. If your account has no role in Axis, you land on the Hub's product list instead; if an organization of yours requires two-factor authentication that you have not set up, on the Hub's account page.
  • Old sign-in, password reset and invitation links of Axis forward to the matching pages of the Hub.
  • Invitations, passwords, two-factor authentication and sessions are handled on the Hub: see Signing in and Your account on the Hub.

The menu under your name​

Axis has no account page of its own. The menu under your name (top right) offers Manage account on Entrosity Hub (name, password, two-factor authentication and sessions, on the Hub's account page), All products (the Hub's product list), for tenant admins Manage members (the organization's members on the Hub), and Sign out. The Entrosity Hub button in the header also takes you back to the Hub.

Theme​

Axis and the Hub follow the light or dark setting of the device you open them on. The theme button in the header (sun or moon) switches between System (the default), Light and Dark; the choice is kept in this browser for both Axis and the Hub, and System follows the device again.

Language​

Axis and the Hub are available in English (the default) and Bulgarian. The language button in the header (next to the theme button) switches between English and Български; the choice is kept in this browser for both Axis and the Hub, and applies at once in every open tab. Dates and numbers follow the chosen language. Page content that comes from your data (device names, script output, server messages the portal does not know) stays as it is.

Sessions​

  • Axis renews its access in the background from your Hub session, which lasts up to 30 days of inactivity.
  • Sign out (menu under your name) signs you out of the Hub and every product, in all tabs.
  • Disabling a user, changing their role, suspending their organization or ending a session on the Hub takes effect in Axis within about a minute, even for open browser tabs.
  • Deleting an enrollment token asks for your password again; the Hub checks it.
