Sites
A site is a location inside a tenant, for example "HQ Sofia" or "Branch Burgas". Under Sites (tenant admins) you can create, edit and delete sites.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name | Unique within the tenant (site_name_taken otherwise). |
| Description | Free text: address, AD domain… |
| Time zone | IANA time zone (e.g. Europe/Sofia). |
What a site decides
- Maintenance windows. A deployment window such as 22:00–05:00 is evaluated in each device's site time zone. Devices without a site use the tenant's default time zone (Tenant settings).
- Where new devices go. An enrollment token names the site that new agents join; an AD sync configuration names the site for the computers it finds.
- Which connector acts. Wake-on-LAN is sent by an online connector of
the device's site. A device without a site cannot be woken (
no_site).
Deleting a site does not delete anything else: its devices, connectors and AD configurations are simply left without a site.
You can move a device to another site by editing it on its page (Device actions → Edit).
